Steve Ozonian

Steve is one of the most tenured relocation executives in the industry. He began his relocation career in 1979 at Employee Transfer Corporation where he held positions as the COO and CFO. Following Employee Transfer Corporation, Steve joined Coldwell Banker as the Executive Vice President of business development and client relationships. During his tenure at Coldwell Banker, the company grew to become the second largest provider of relocation services and expanded operations as a national real estate company with over 60,000 sales associates. Following Coldwell Banker, Steve joined Prudential Real Estate and Relocation as Chairman and CEO; a company responsible for 900 corporate relocation clients and over 25,000 annual moves.

Steve went on to serve as the CEO of Realtor.com which became the leading consumer portal for real estate information in the United States. After his tenure at Realtor.com, Steve became the National HomeOwnership Executive for Bank of America, responsible for the relocation management of many fortune 500 companies. He also served as the CEO of RealEstate.com and is the Chief Real Estate Officer of Carrington Capital. Steve currently serves on the boards of Lending Tree, Realty Mogul, Realty Trac and Nobilis.

Steven has over 35 years of leadership experience in the talent management and global workforce mobility industry. He joined Global Mobility Solutions as President and an equity owner in 2004. Through his leadership, the organization has been transformed into a full service global relocation company and has been recognized by HRO Today as one of the top mobility companies in the industry. GMS has achieved an enviable rate of growth through the delivery of exceptional service, client retention and new client signings.

Prior to joining GMS, Steven held senior executive positions at Coldwell Banker Relocation and Prudential Relocation where he played a key role in dramatically growing each organization through leveraging innovative technologies, process reengineering, strategic acquisitions, and a drive for quality service.

Steven graduated Summa Cum Laude from Trinity International University with a bachelor’s degree in both Mathematics and Economics Management. He pursued his MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management and has his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS-T) designations from the Employee Relocation Council (ERC). He received a Meritorious Service Award from ERC for his many contributions to the relocation industry, was named an HR Provider Superstar for his contributions to the HRO community and continues to be an active speaker and contributor throughout the industry.

Rich Ganley

With his extensive 30-year experience in relocation, staffing, and tech companies, Rich brings a wealth of modern knowledge to the organization. His entrepreneurial successes, including Homefair, iCrossing, CMR, In-A-Visit, and Van Go Activities, are a testament to his innovative spirit. As a co-founder and former CEO of Homefair.com, one of the internet’s first “dot com” companies, Rich pioneered multiple digital relocation tools that are still widely used online today. This groundbreaking work led to the company’s acquisition for over $85 million by Realtor.com/Move, Inc., now a subsidiary of News Corp.

Rich also served on the Board of Directors for iCrossing, a search engine marketing company purchased by the Hearst Corporation for $325 million. Rich utilizes his unique entrepreneurial instinct combined with extensive operational and leadership experience to produce successful results for both private and public companies. Rich was also the founder and CEO of The Center for Mobility Resources, a data aggregation, analysis, and publishing company that was acquired by CNI, where he served as a board advisor and helped to establish azcentral.com, now part of the USA Today Network, Gannett Co. Rich also served as an independent Board Member and the Compensation Committee Chairman for Nobilis Health Corp (AMEX, HLTH) from June 2013 – June 2016. During this time period, the company grew from a market CAP of $38 million to over $500 million.

The Gilbert, AZ Chamber of Commerce named Rich the Business Man of the Year 2023. He is currently involved with several new initiatives that leverage cloud-based applications, computer vision, deep learning, and other innovative platforms that improve efficiency for the relocation, health, and service industries. Rich lives in Mesa, Arizona, and is the proud father of three awesome young adults. He is also a grandparent! Rich is involved in several volunteer activities and enjoys audiobooks, boating, snow skiing, TED talks, yoga, biking, and hiking.

Steve Ziomek

Co-Founder, Board Member, Vice President, and Real Estate Broker of Record at Global Mobility Solutions

Steve co-founded FAS Relocation and Homefair.com, one of the first 700 “Dot-Com” companies. Steve is also the founder and principle of Your REALTY Office™, a Phoenix area residential real estate company and previously owned Boardroom Suites of Scottsdale, a corporate executive suite center.

Steve, a former U.S. Coast Guard rescue pilot, spends much of his time giving back to the community. He is a two-time Chairman of the Scottsdale Airport Advisory Commission, a member of the Scottsdale Veterans Commission and is a Major and command pilot in the U.S. Civil Air Patrol. Additionally, Steve is president and founder of Thunderbird Field II Veterans Memorial Inc., a 501(C) (3) non-profit company whose mission is to commemorate the history of the Scottsdale Airport (built in 1942 for the sole purpose of training U.S. Army Air Corp pilots), honor all Veterans and create unique educational opportunities via scholarships for Arizona students interested in all aspects of aviation.

Bryan Schutjer

Bryan has over 28 years in the relocation and moving industry. His extensive mobility career includes a history of successful leadership within early-stage high-growth firms to large division management in publicly traded corporations. Bryan also held executive posts at Artisan Investments, Ultra-Scan Corporation, Move.com, Bekins Van Lines, North American Van Lines, and Mayflower Van Lines.

Bryan often speaks at public industry engagements, covering topics such as: relocation trends, contemporary changes in relocation policy and service innovations affecting workforce talent mobility. Bryan is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer for Safeware Corporation, a fully licensed insurance agency and third-party administrator for extended warranty offerings.
