This Privacy Policy covers the collection, use, security and disclosure of information collected through the website https://gmsmobility.com, http://www.myrelocation.com and the GMS Mobility Service Platform (“Service”), owned and operated by Global Mobility Solutions LLC (“GMS”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our Service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the Service for which our Client has engaged GMS.
Users in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or in the United Kingdom (“UK”)
Global Mobility Solutions LLC may transfer Personal Information from the EEA or the UK to the United States, including Personal Information we receive from individuals residing in the EEA or the UK who visit our website and/or who may use our services or otherwise interact with us. Please note that for individuals located in the EEA or the UK, the term Personal Information used in this notice is equivalent to the term “personal data” under applicable European and UK data protection laws.

Global Mobility Solutions LLC participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. We are responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.
