The relocation coach will identify a relocation-certified local agent. This agent will work closely with the transferees to find a neighborhood and home that match their needs perfectly. The transferring employees receive professional counseling, an area tour, and customized resource materials highlighting all pertinent community information. Our home search and area information assistance can be offered at two different stages: pre-hire and post-offer.

Temporary Living

The relocation coach will guide and assist the assignees in selecting and securing accommodation within client-led parameters. The relocation coach will work with each transferee to select the appropriate property and furnishings to fit their individual needs and company budget. GMS has developed innovative, comprehensive short-term and long-term housing solutions with our temporary living partners.

Nationwide Lease Program

The transferring employee will be assigned a dedicated rental counselor who will coordinate the following services: Delivery of apartment profiles, access to on-line apartment searches and property data, scheduling of apartment tours, special financial incentives such as no deposits, elimination of lease cancellation penalties and lease negotiation assistance, reduced monthly rental charges and more.
