Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) seeks zealous Business Development Manager (“BDM”) to work closely with our internal and external teams in executing our award-winning consultative selling model. This remote-based candidate will learn, grow, and foster long-term relationships with prospective clients. The energetic candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

Nurturing of prospective companies within an assigned territory.
Work with worldwide partners for joint business development initiatives.
Develop and manage territory specific campaigns.
Schedule and conduct varied meetings (e.g., phone, web, and in-person).
Partner with team members for relocation consulting and need-based solutions.
Coordinate with marketing teams for collateral development.
Facilitate program and policy benchmarking with recommendations.
Complete relocation cost evaluations and scenarios, as needed.
Coordinate the delivery of RFI, RFP and general proposal responses.
Facilitate and execute business development presentation.
Contract development and execution in partnership with team members.
Facilitation pre-implementation readiness for newly signed business.
Meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
Complete projects as assigned.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent sales, relocation, or related work experience.
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Three to five years of experience in business-to-business sales.
Strong presenter, planner, and time manager.
Ability to set priorities and maintain high-quality standards.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite is a must, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
CRM or database management experience (preferably salesforce or similar).
