Business Development Manager


located in: US Remote Base

Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) seeks zealous Business Development Manager (“BDM”) to work closely with our internal and external teams in executing our award-winning consultative selling model. This remote-based candidate will learn, grow, and foster long-term relationships with prospective clients. The energetic candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced work environment.


  • Nurturing of prospective companies within an assigned territory.
  • Work with worldwide partners for joint business development initiatives.
  • Develop and manage territory specific campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct varied meetings (e.g., phone, web, and in-person).
  • Partner with team members for relocation consulting and need-based solutions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for collateral development.
  • Facilitate program and policy benchmarking with recommendations.
  • Complete relocation cost evaluations and scenarios, as needed.
  • Coordinate the delivery of RFI, RFP and general proposal responses.
  • Facilitate and execute business development presentation.
  • Contract development and execution in partnership with team members.
  • Facilitation pre-implementation readiness for newly signed business.
  • Meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
  • Complete projects as assigned.


  • College degree or equivalent sales, relocation, or related work experience.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Three to five years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Strong presenter, planner, and time manager.
  • Ability to set priorities and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite is a must, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • CRM or database management experience (preferably salesforce or similar).
