Manager, Financial Services


located in: Scottsdale, Arizona

Our team is hiring a Manager of Financial Services to support our growing company.  You will be act as the relationship driver between GMS and AECC to build upon the outstanding partnership between these two organizations. You will provide strategic financial services consulting, monitor operational performance, participate in sales presentations, and coordinate financial services implementation.

We’re looking for an individual with strong financial services experience, a solid track record of working effectively with clients and across organizations, and exceptional data analytics and attention to detail.  


  • Manage the overall relationship between GMS and AECC
  • Oversee the performance of service quality and work closely with management regarding any service improvements or enhancements
  • Work closely with GMS Account Managers and functional leaders to build programs and processes that meet client’s business requirements.
  • Advise GMS and AECC managers on best practice recommendations regarding policy, program and service delivery methodologies
  • Manage all aspects of projects agreed to between GMS and AECC for program development and process improvement
  • Act as the single point of contact for any financial service escalation issues that require management involvement and resolution.
  • Support business development efforts and participate in the new client implementation process, including setting up all billing information in both systems
  • Work closely with the teams to ensure timely and accurate global billing, collections on past due accounts, and answer client questions related to billing


  • 5+ years of relocation industry experience
  • 3+ years of financial management and reporting experience
  • Global compensation experience a plus
  • Prior management and customer relations experience a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • CRP or GMS designations a plus
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relocation tracking systems
  • Willing to travel periodically
