Global Mobility Solutions is a growing innovative company that promotes work/life balance.  We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Real Estate Specialist.  This individual will place and track referrals within our network of real estate companies for client company transferees and recruiting candidates as well as track and report property sales and purchases, providing market analysis and market updates.

Responsibilities

  • Place and maintain real estate referrals for relocating transferees
  • Find, screen and maintain a working relationship with real estate agents across the globe
  • Track and maintain real estate transactions through our relocation program
  • Provide updated information regarding real estate transactions to relocation coaches
  • Problem solving, organizing and monthly reporting

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize your time
  • Excellent listening, phone and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Research skills
  • Excellent computer skills working with MS Outlook, Word, and data entry systems
  • Enjoys being part of a team, but can work independently
  • A positive attitude is a must
  • Relocation industry experience, GMS and/or CRP a plus
  • Real Estate License or 2 years’ experience working in a real estate environment
