Relocation Coach


located in: Scottsdale, Arizona

We are seeking a detail-oriented go-getter to join our Relocation Team.  This individual will be the central point of contact to coordinate relocation services for client company transferees and recruiting candidates.  Services are coordinated through our Preferred Alliance Network to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.   This is a very fulfilling job for anyone who loves helping people.


•    Deliver the highest level of customer and client satisfaction.
•    Qualify candidates and transferees, complete needs analysis, and verify understanding of program/services authorized.
•    Track progress of candidates and transferees to ensure highest levels of conversion and customer/client satisfaction.
•    Act as single point of contact for candidate/transferees to work through all questions, issues and problem resolutions.
•    Drive high levels of service acceptance and Preferred Alliance Network utilization.

•    Excellent computer skills working with MS Outlook, Word, and data entry systems
•    Research skills
•    BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
•    Relocation industry experience and CRP a plus
•    Real estate experience also a plus
