Van Line Specialist

We are seeking a detailed-oriented go-getter for our newest Van Line Specialist position. This individual would be responsible for monitoring a caseload with our Premier Alliance Network & following each move from assignment through to delivery.

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload consisting of both international, cross border & domestic files.
Assign out moves within the network to appropriate partners based on internal KPI’s.
Audit each estimate for accuracy against the contract & client policy.
Use time management skills to track all files through the move process.
Complete basic data entry.
Work within the Transportation team to address reoccurring challenges & present progressive ideas for process improvement.
Collaborate with global & domestic coaches to identify best practices for each customer & client.
Demonstrate a pro-active approach to working through challenges while using all resources available to you.

Qualifications

5+ years of relocation industry experience.
Sales and account management experience a plus.
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Certified Relocation Professional and/or Global Mobility Specialist designation.
Excellent organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and relocation tracking systems.
