• Act as single point of contact for clients’ travel programs and group moves ensuring travel requirements are followed while maintaining accurate travel records.
• Arrange all aspects for global travel, support travelers during the travel cycle, and ensure necessary travel changes are expedited in an efficient manner.
• Coordinate and maintain clients’ traveler tracking tools, understanding country-specific requirements, and monitoring travel activity for needed actions.
• Coordinate client’s candidates expense reimbursements, provide day to day guidance and support review of other relocation benefits.
• Communicate with client’s human resource contacts on assignment progress, issues, travel alerts, and status updates, maintaining streamlined and effective communication,
• Interface with other internal team members as required to provide effective support to the assignees and client’s contacts.
• Actively support company with various administrative duties. Effectively prioritize and organize daily work load.
• Open/Close office & oversee phone coverage during business hours, when acting as back-up.
