• Manage end-to-end proposals (RFI, RFP, RFQ and general proposals) processes, content database, resources, and tools
• Manage responses for informal and formal proposals, questionnaires, and supplemental documentation, as appropriate
• Assemble, write, design, and build proposals, particularly for new business opportunities
• Support clarifying questions and supplemental responses
• Direct proposal submission via procurement software and applications
• Conduct technical writing such as creating white papers, case studies, marketing materials, etc.
• Develop and review proposal strategies with internal and external team members, designed around exceeding targeted goals and objectives
• Collaborates with team members and manage proposal response schedule and engage in proposal knowledge management processes
• Develop graphic concepts for sales presentations, handouts, case and benchmarking studies and other external resources
• Own and manage content/re-use library of templates and collateral resources, ensuring accuracy of current information
• Develop targeted questions and interview staff to obtain critical content for external and internal content
• Write, edit and rewrite content for ongoing improvement
• Ensure proposal process and output compliance
• Ongoing review and refining of proposal and reference processes
• Identify lessons learned and execute actions to produce process improvement and attain higher success rates
• Communicates proposal analytics and status to senior management
