Sr. Business Development Coordinator

Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) is expanding our business development teams and seeking a remote-based candidate willing to learn, grow and foster long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Our ideal team member will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the pursuit of new business growth, by leveraging our consultative approach and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors sales territory for companies and contacts, ensuring each Business Development Manager achieves territory targets.
  • Conducts opportunity audits, creates tasks and actions.
  • Manages sales team templates e.g., proposal, presentation, policy, contracts, amendments, and salesforce email templates.
  • Coordinates with team members for new collateral development e.g., new slides and presentation pages, service handouts, etc.
  • Manages Consultative resources e.g., benchmarking, relocation and assignment policy reviews, cost estimates, sales proposals, and presentations etc.
  • Coordinates, schedules, and supports webinar participant registrations; co-facilitates webinars, sends post-webinar survey, and manages follow-up actions.
  • Schedules and participates in sales meetings, as requested (e.g., phone, virtual and in-person).
  • Completes presentation checklist on behalf of Business Development Managers.
  • Conducts new signings notifications and scheduling of recent client team briefings.
  • The one-off client account and technology systems set-up.
  • Supports Contract Development, as requested by Business Development Managers.
  • Manages sales reporting and analytics.
  • Conducts initial and secondary pursuit credit checks via the application software.
  • Provide back-end support on specialty email campaigns, as assigned.
  • Coordinates website registrations for relocation bids

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years relocation, sales, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge of sales CRM (preferably salesforce)
  • Certified Relocation Professional and/or Global Mobility Specialist designation preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and relocation tracking software
  • Proven organizational, coordination, and critical thinking skills
  • Must be an active listener and possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
